Flight BA257 from LHR to DEL. Taxied to runway on time, then someone noticed we had bags for someone who wasn't on-board...so we taxied back to the stand to pick him up. I wonder if felt the waves of love and affection as he boarded the plane and found his seat. Only delayed us by 90 minutes.
